In regards to replacing and shipping parts, Brokk\u2019s goal is to maintain high fill rates and speed to get customers what they need to be productive. Matt works behind the scenes to maintain the exemplary service that customers expect from Brokk.<\/p>\n
Matt joined Brokk as a parts manager shortly after graduating from Central Washington University, Ellensburg, in 2013. As parts manager, he ensures our customers that anything they need is just a phone call away. When we receive an order, Matt pulls the parts from the warehouse and makes sure they are packed and shipped as quickly as possible. And when the warehouse needs to restock parts, he places the order to refill the shelves.<\/p>\n
