Brokk builds its REMOTE-CONTROLLED DEMOLITION MACHINES<\/a> with that in mind. Similar to how Norse legends say our namesake, the dwarf Brokk, forged Thor\u2019s hammer to be mighty, we build our machines to pack a punch.<\/p>\n

ENGINEERED FROM THE TIP<\/h4>\n

We engineer our demolition machines<\/a> starting at the tip of the breaker for maximum attachment compatibility and performance. This includes using small electrical fuses, eliminating back pressure and optimizing machine oil flow, oil pressure and down pressure to allow for more hydraulic power while using less energy.<\/p>\n

THREE-PART ARM<\/h4>\n

A Brokk machine\u2019s three-part arm<\/a> allows operators to use that power with flexibility and precision. The arm holds the hammer against the work at any angle and provides significant downforce, even directly overhead, making it ideal for refractory removal in all directions. In addition, our largest model, the Brokk 800P , features a rotating boom and a heat-shielded process breaker, allowing for efficient maintenance and REFRACTORY REMOVAL<\/a> from furnaces, hot ladles, converters and runners.<\/p>\n

BUILT TOUGH<\/h4>\n

Our equipment withstands the toughest environments. Everything is heat and impact resistant, including the cylinder, cover and all components.<\/p>\n

We also build our machines with an astounding power-to-weight ratio, especially compared to larger equipment. The 6-ton Brokk 500 easily handles a 1,600-pound breaker designed to fit on a 10- to 17-ton excavator, illustrating just how powerful Brokk machines are pound-for-pound.<\/p>\n

Just because a machine is built as heavy and robust as possible doesn\u2019t mean it\u2019s the best tool for the job.
