Hello Brokk fellow ops. My Name is Marcus Fennell AKA Mr Fen and I have been asked to be one of the many faces of Brokk which is an absolute Honour.

Years of Experience: with no 27 on my card its around 25 years

Started working for my dads old company A & R Diamond drilling. 19901991. Their firm closed so did some work for Kriscut then started with Castle & Pryor Ltd where my dad moved to around 1992 .Castle & Pryor Ltd was of only a few companies using Brokks so had to get my hands on the controls. Been driving these machines for 25 years been in the drilling industry 35 years.

I have always enjoyed driving Brokks of various sizes to tackle demolition jobs it being beams, columns, walls, stairs, slabs deep ones in London, kiln work to narrow spaces. brokk’s changed the industry; no more head down hand breaking.

Brokk’s have so much power for size compared to diesel machines. They can get anywhere really. My Favourite machine of all time is the brokk 90 she even went out to the Sudan at a sugar mill and saved our lives and a lot of the locals but that another story.

Brokk Demolition Robots are very compact, versatile, safe and easy to use saving on HAVs and Greener as being electric.

Using Brokk machines to get every day jobs confidently completed is personally rewarding. I do jobs for myself and help out lots of drilling companies to get the jobs done its down to experience and the people you meet working along the way. Always with a smile on my face. It’s a team effort thanks to everyone.

Brokk’s machines are very precise when being controlled making it easy to crunch out or breaking the job in hand.

No comparison for me been using them a long time that’s why you are still the leaders in my opinion.

I feel confident using brokk machines I think they have got smoother and definitely more powerful and getting bigger.

I am very confident I can do any job in demolition using brokks machines.

My Skillset has evolved since I have been using brokks doing so much work with them nearly half a lifetime and you only learn by doing jobs and learning every day is a school day and Brokks can be temperamental at times too.

If you considering becoming a brokk driver listen to experienced demolition experts to guide you on how to remove structures safely. Have patience, take your time don’t stand so close they will move about most in wet basements. Know your limits and reach. Even over the 25 years the nerves will kick in. stay focused and confident, always looking around to make sure you don’t damage the machine. they are expensive. check for oil leaks and leads.
