Brokk Ab has acquired the Australian company Kiwi Operations Downunder Pty Ltd as of 1 January, 2010. The companies have worked together for several years, Kiwi Operations Downunder being Brokk´s distributor in Australia. This will be the sixth subsidiary after the most recent in Singapore where Brokk inaugurated its Asia-Pacific Regional Head Office earlier this year.
Brokk AB has signed a new distributor agreement with Pentruder Norway AS as of January 1st, 2010. The new signing ends a 14-year-long collaboration with Husqvarna Construction Products (previously Dimas).
