An experienced operator who has worked with Brokk demolition robots since 2008, Morgan will commission new machines, train operators and provide on-site aftersales support to help customers keep projects safe and on schedule.
Brokk has appointed Roy Ortega as its first dedicated service manager for Canada, strengthening in-country support and enhancing service capabilities for customers nationwide. With over 20 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and field service, Ortega will play a key role in supporting machine startups, troubleshooting, and repairs.
BROKK recently welcomed veteran operator Aaron Wilcox to its team as a training and application specialist serving customers throughout Canada. With more than 25 years of hands-on experience working with Brokk demolition robots, Wilcox will provide on-site operator training, machine commissioning and aftersales support to help customers maximize safety and performance.
