Brokk Introduces Operations And Services Capability For Nuclear & Military Customers

Brokk Inc. recently partnered with Portage, Inc. to provide integrated on-site operations service to customers for work in high-hazard environments. In the past, the supply of sophisticated remotely operated equipment and the on-site operations work by qualified and experienced personnel was provided by separate entities. The partnership between Brokk and Portage enables the two companies to fully combine their capabilities and expertise to benefit their customers.

Headquartered in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Portage has been serving the nuclear industry since 1992. A full-service remediation and engineering contractor, Portage offers services for complex and difficult remediation projects faced by the federal government, including highly radioactive tank systems, plutonium-contaminated landfills, and hot cell facilities.
