When it comes to connections, Mike Martin is the go-to guy. As the inside sales manager, Martin has worked with Brokk equipment and Brokk customers for more than 20 years.

“I’m the guy that wants to know everyone,” said Martin. “I know who owns Brokk machines, what models they own and where they’re located. That makes it easy for me to get those connections started for people.”

Connections – they’re a large part of what Brokk offers customers. Whether it’s with a machine, a contractor or a Brokk Job – something that only a Brokk can do or do better than anyone else – Martin and his crew are dedicated to putting in the work to help customers grow their businesses. In fact, it’s Martin’s favorite part of the job.

“What we do at Brokk is almost more of a consulting role for our customers,” said Martin. “We’re here to provide the Brokk machines, yes, but more than that, we’re here to help our customers succeed.”

And that means working with customers before and long after the sale. Martin and his team get to know each customer and their business, then find the best solution. These services include training, equipping customers with Brokk machines and helping connect contractors that own Brokk machines to those that don’t.

“Sometimes, we’ll get calls from customers that have the perfect Brokk Job, but they can’t justify purchasing a Brokk for a single project,” said Martin. “In these instances, I’ll work on connecting them with either a rental center or with a Brokk contractor that can come in and help on the job.”

The Brokk sales team also strives to keep all of their customers – new and old – in the loop. Whether it’s providing new products and attachments or finding them jobs in their area that would be perfect for their Brokk machine, it’s the kind of customer service that keeps Brokk and its customers ahead of the game.
